The 2003 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS) is the world's premier networking forum for leading people in the highly active field of the theory, design and implementation of circuits and systems. The 2003 ISCAS, sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and supported by Mahanakorn University of Technology, will be held in the exotic and friendly atmosphere of Bangkok, Thailand, from 25 to 28 May 2003. Inspired by lifestyle, the environment and healthcare, the Symposium will focus on new and next-wave technologies, including third generation mobile, short-distance communications, mixed-signal systems-on-a-chip, low-power autonomous devices, sensor interfaces and biosystems. ISCAS 2003 will include cutting-edge oral and poster sessions; tutorials given by experts in specific state-of-the-art areas; and forum sessions supporting the debate and discussion of circuits and systems topics of particular interest to the community. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers as well as tutorial overviews in all of the following areas of circuits and systems:
1. Analog Signal Processing
2. Biomedical Circuits & Systems
3. Blind Signal Processing
4. Cellular Neural Networks & Array Computing
5. Circuits & Systems for Communications
6. Computer-Aided Network Design
7. Digital Signal Processing
8. Graph Theory & Computing
9. Multimedia Systems & Applications
10. Nanoelectronics & Gigascale Systems
11. Neural Systems & Applications
12. Nonlinear Circuits & Systems
13. Power Systems & Electronic Circuits
14. Sensors & Micromachining
15. Visual Signal Processing & Communications
16. VLSI Systems & Applications
